What Do You Need To Take MyWawaVisit Survey?

To participate in the Wawa VOTC survey, you must have a Survey Code and store Number. You can find these details on the purchase receipt.

Wawa VOTC Sweepstakes Rules

  1. Individuals who are above 18 can participate.
  2. Legal residents of the USA & the District of Columbia are eligible.
  3. People associated with the Wawa are not eligible for the survey Sweepstakes.
  4. The survey response must be within five days of the purchase.
  5. No Wawa prize transfer or cash redemption is permitted.
  6. The prize limit is one prize for one participant in the Sweepstakes period.
  7. The odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received for a Sweepstakes period.

What Are Wawa Survey Prizes?

Wawa survey prize consists of One (1) Grand prize and five (5) First prizes from each of the Sponsor’s ten (10) regions.

Grand Prize: Free Hoagies for a year & a Wawa merchandise Swag Gift Basket.

The Grand prize is free Hoagies for a year. That means Classic Hoagie per week for fifty-two (52) weeks. Fifty-two Classic Hoagie coupons will be awarded to the Grand prize winner.

The approximate retail value of the free Hoagies for a year prize is $374 & a Wawa Swag Basket is $75. Therefore, the total ARV of the Grand Prize is $374 + $75 = $449.

First Prize: Each lucky winner will receive a $25 Wawa gift card and a Swag Gift Basket of Wawa merchandise worth approximately $75 as the First Prize. The ARV of each First Prize is $25 + $75 = $100.

The total ARV of all Wawa Survey prizes awarded for each Entry Period is $5,549.

  4. Tonya at the William & Mary, Williamsburg, VA, Wawa was fantastic! Eevery part of my ciabatta was toasted and assembled just as I wished, extra dark toasted bread, barbecue sauce, a box, and a genuinely warm smile.

  5. Today I visited store #00920, and I had an issue unlocking my debit card; I couldn’t connect to wifi. I asked the manager, Joe, if he could help me by giving me the wifi password. He instead let me connect to his personal wifi Hotspot. That was extremely helpful, he didn’t have to help me like that, but he did, and I appreciate that small gesture.

  6. I visit store 00801 almost daily. It’s a busy store, but the staff is welcoming, and Peg always has a hello for all who enter. Most of all, I love my cold brew coffee, and Nathan makes it perfectly. He also greets me with a smile and kindness. Some days are complex, but stopping in Wawa can be a delight, and it’s appreciated. I hope the staff are recognized for their excellence in customer service.

  7. This comment is for the Wawa, Germantown Ave store #00125 staff, Stephanie and Inayah. These two ladies are special to me. Stephanie has been making my food for some years, and she knows what I’m about to order as soon as I walk in the door. She does it with professionalism and a smile. Then there is Inayah who was well trained to deal with customers they see daily. It makes me laugh when I see them in the morning; they know what I’m about to order.

  8. I visited Wawa Store #05104. Janelle was great! She always has a pleasant attitude, and my drinks are always on point! She is a sweetheart! She knows my order by heart and amazes me sometimes with a bit more caramel sauce.

  9. At the store I visited, #05193, the clerk who helped me was Ash. She was accommodating & very funny. Thanks to her assistance and excellent customer service, I was in and out.

  10. I was just at the WaWa store number 00115, where Nancy works, and she was at the cash register. I was purchasing a pretzel and a coffee. I just returned from a doctor’s appointment and was down because my news was not the greatest. Nancy said hello to me, and suddenly, my mood changed. She asked me if I could take a survey for her, and I spoke for sure, so here I am taking this survey to explain that Nancy is an outstanding employee and makes people happy to go and shop at the Wawa.

  11. I am sending a special note of appreciation to Lea at Wawa store number 05106. I was having a rough day and couldn’t make it to Wawa before 2 PM. I arrived at 2:05 PM, and my favorite coffee flavor, Hazelnut, was closed. I apologized to Lea for being unable to make it to Wawa before 2 PM, knowing Hazelnut closes around 2 PM. She made a fresh batch of Hazelnut with a smile and a pep. Thank you, Lea! Your kind gesture.

  12. Today I visited Wawa store #08131 and encountered a phenomenal store employee (Cheryle). She greeted all the customers even before they came to her register with a big smile. She was genuinely pleased to help her customers’ experience not only be quick and efficient, but she had the uncanny ability to make me feel like I was part of the Wawa team. Wawa would be better served to have more employees like Ms. Cheryle.

  13. I visited Wawa Store #00321 and was helped by Nikki. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She appeared to be a supervisor as she was aware and conscious of everything around her and offered help to other employees.

  14. I just want to say how great Tarsha (store 05227) treated us. My niece walked out with the biggest of smiles thanks to her kindness. Steak subs she made us were on point, will definitely be going back to this Wawa. We need more people like her in this world.

  15. I visit wawa on 98 N regularly for coffee and often get food and drinks for my kids. Rhonda is always so friendly and has a smile on her face. She is helpful and always working hard. I didn’t want her to go unrecognized.

  16. I visited Wawa #5810 Raleigh Street, Orlando, FL, and my visit was more than convenient. The staff helped me the most and even went the extra mile to make my breakfast sandwiches that weren’t grabable. I look forward to this excellent service again.

  17. I visited #05105 over the Thanksgiving holiday. I explained that to Lonnise and that my chi tea has to be strong. She was charming and had no problem making my tea perfect for me. Thank you, Lonnise, my drink was delicious!
